Review: Ever After (The Hollows, #11) by Kim Harrison

I love this series. I have been putting off reading the last three books for forever because then it meant it was really over and I didn't get to go on dangerous exciting missions with the gang anymore. Rachel is just as awesome as always, but even more now that she is fully aware of what she can do. The whole dynamic with Trent is bittersweet and makes me a little angsty for Rachel. Jenks is still the best partner ever, and this story had a lot less of Ivy than I would have liked but it was understandable. Al I am pretty sure is my favorite though (his part in the end of the book made me laugh out loud) which I find interesting since he was the villain once upon a time.

Side note, I listened to this as an audiobook even though I own the physical and the ebook, and I loved the audio version. I am super picky and have low tolerance for audiobook narrators, but hands down Marguerite Gavin did the best job and is now my favorite narrator. I will gladly listen to the last 2 books in the series since she reads them.
